First of all from level 1 i recommend FOG (Fist Of Guthix) untill level 55 as it dosen't cost anything. FOG is in the wilderness at level 7.
(FOR MORE INFORMATION ON WHAT YOU NEED SCROLL TO THE BOTTEM)At level 55 is High Level Alching. you want to alch something that is profitable. i did maple longbows (u) which i recommend. you still lose money but not as much as random items.alching is a non-combat spell so you have nothing to lose while trying to alch. What high Level Alching does? well, high level alching converts items into coins, so you can get some money back.High Level Alching gives you 65 exp per cast and costs 197gp while weilding a fire staff. Try alching untill level 80.
At level 80 i recommend stunning. This is extremely quick exp and costs only 1 soul rune. (and a mystic mud staff) try and go stealing creation and do a couple of games to get some Sacred Clay Armour. get a full set so it dosent go down really fast. sacred clay armour dosen't last forever though. it degrades but starts at 100%. (when it goes to 0% you can go to Stealing Creation and exchange with the guy and it only costs 20 points to recharge the items)once you have your sacred clay go soul wars (in Edgeville) and stun some jellies or pyrefeinds. it may be annoying as people attack you and your 'activity bar' goes down. when your bar goes down don't panic. just pick up and bury some bones in one of the graves. with Sacred Clay armour you will get x2 exp. giving you 180xp per cast. at the end of rounds (which go for 20mins) you will get some zeals (1 zeal for losing a game, 2 zeals for tieing and 3 zeals for winning) spend these zeals on what ever you want. they will give you exp for what ever skill you use them on. (the higher your level the more exp you get) i spent them on magic so i would get exp for free.Stun until level 92.
At level 92 you can do really anything. i would high alch until 94 magic (or until 99) high alching costs alot though. so keep that in mind. for high alching you need to weild a staff of fire (or use 5 fire runes each cast) and you use 1 nature rune each cast.
At level 94 (if you aren't alching it.) If you have the money but cant wait until 99 magic you can Ice Barrage in either soul wars world 44 or go to mummies or something. Requirments: Finished Desert Treasure, 6 water runes,4 death runes, 2 blood runes and 94 magic. you can Ice Barrage big groups of people and it hits all of them. Ice Barrage can hit extremely high and can do a maximum damage of 326 life points with no bonuses or 508 life points per hit (if wielding a Chaotic staff and using an extreme magic potion or overload potion while also wearing a Hexcrest or Full slayer helmet and a Ferocious ring while casting the spell on an assigned slayer monster within Kuradal's Dungeon.) This can cost alot per cast though. since it is an "Ice" move it can freeze people for 20 seconds before they are released. After 20 seconds from casting the spell you cannot freeze them for 4 seconds.

EXTRA INFO ON ALCHING: For high alching you will need 5 fire runes and 1 nature (per cast) it is very wise to use a Staff Of Fire. you may realize you can get random events while staying in a place for a while. to prevent this alch in soul wars as it is a mini-game.
